I HAVE NOT TRANSCRIBED THE FIRST 10 LINES
[Death of M:r W:m Dawes, who was á good Assistant in y:e Comp:a business, as alsoe y:e Hurt of the Agints, his sonne & M:r Jeremy Sambrooke, who were all consigned to y:e Chambers upon y:e substance w:th Every xxshoring Circumstances of y:e business, (& w:t thereupon ensued) in o:e Grall [i.e. General] lre & other papers remitted to w:ch please to bee referred, I shall humbly desire y:t yo:e Worp:e in yo:e next would administer your xxxxx opinion , & advice thereupon, whither w:t hath bin allready soe greatly rated [voted?] may bee safe, as well for y:e Comp:a Interest, as for our owne, & how for y:e ffuture in this greate affaire & in such á Juncture & tyme of possyll [i.e. puszzle?] wee may, w:th security to o:e selves act in y:e managem:t of thesire buisnesse, as for my owne pte I was but one single pson & itt being soe greatly voted, I could not strive against y:e Streame, for if I had made an opposition therein, theire vote would have carryed on y:e business notwithstanding
