I hope you are safe arrived, w:ch will be a great comfort to us all, we expect you will make Andrewes honest or force him to give us Just Satisfaction, y:e care of S:t Helena is cheifelyy left to mee, We have in o:r Gen:ll lre given order to have ptian Sheepe & Deare w:th Some Arrack & Rice to be sent thither, on each Shipp, I make it my earnest Request you ingage y:e comman:es to take in w:t Conveniently they can & if you can gett noe ptian Sheepe this yeare pray give order to ptia to have some sent to you against Next yeare & if possible some of those Sheepe whose wooll Curles & are used to line Gownes, likewise pray Send all Sorts of fruits Trees & drugs My Sonn Tho: Kendle being very young had a plot to make himselfe Rich & his Father, Poore, by getting me to Double: 4:d 8:d [???] every time he came from schoole w:ch was once in:3: or 4:m:es Showing me he had kept y:e Money by this he had brought his Stock to 10:ll, w:ch made me wearie & then he sent it by Cap:t Gosling to y:e Coast where he doubled his Money, & now I Advise to have it sent to you w:ch he hath by Cap:t ffisher[1] in Gold, & desires you would employ it for him for 2:or 3: yeares there he desires y:t to buy him Bookes when he comes to y:e Temple, y:t he might oleass for you if you should meet another Alderman Love[2]; Send it where you will, & doe w:thit w:t you will, I doe hereby Oblidge my Selfe he shall approve of it, & now I shall onely beg yo:r pardon for giving you this Trouble in w:ch you will very much oblidg
