Biographical synthesis
John Man (b. ca. 1619; d. ?). Shipwright. Late carpenter on the ship the Desire (Master: Henry Colquite).
Resident in 1659 in Horsey downe in Surrey.
Evidence from High Court of Admiralty
Forty year old John Man deposed on June 9th 1659 in the High Court of Admiralty. He was examined on an allegation on behalf of Henry Colquite in the case of "Wood Bradley and Company against Colquite".[1]
