Which day the Judges at ffrancklins
petition did assigne this cause to sentence
upon this Day fonnight in this place in the
presence of the said Cheeke dissenting whome
the Judges monished to bee then and there present./.

Demecke and others late marriners of}
the shipp the George Bonadventure}
against John Crampe the Master}
and alsoe against George ffarington}

Which day the said ffrancklin
appeared for the said
ffarington and made himselfe
partie for him and gave an allegation
in writinge which the Judges at
his petition did admitt soe farre as
the same is by lawe admissible which
said allegation beinge soe admitted and
repeated and the said Cheeke and Smith
appearing for Crampe not beleevinge the same to be
true the said ffrancklin upon the said allegation did
produce for a witnes Robert Thompson whom the
Judges receaved and administred an oath unto him to
speake the truth att the time of his examination in the
presence of the said Smith and Cheeke dissentinge abd
having the usuall time for Interrogatories and assigned
ffrancklin to make his proofe thereupon by ffriday
sonnight next and decreed him a Compulsory against all such
witnesses as hee shall name. Then the said Cheeke
gave an allegation in writinge which the Judges at his petition
did admitt soe farre as the same is by lawe admissible
Which said allegation beinge soe admitted and repeated
and the said ffrancklin not beleevinge the same to bee
true the Judges att Cheekes petition did assigne to
heare this cause upon ffriday next in the afternoone in
this place and monished ffrancklin and ffarington
and Smith and Crampe to bee then and there
present./.
