AD in. 2nd. Et 3rd. Arlos dicta Attonis deponit et dicit the
Deponit very well knoweth the producents Thomas Bretton,
Symon Delboe, Andrew Middleton and Company; and
hath done for severall years past; and sayth that
for all the time arlate and a long time before they have been and
still are as ought to be the true and lawful owners and
proprietors of the Arlate ship the Experience and of the
tackle, apparrell and furniture, and for and as X X
were and are generally accounted X and taken, not
near before the voyage in question and hath severall
times seene them as some of them on board her in [GUTTER]
of Thames before her proceeding upon the voyage in question
about giving orders for the management of the said voyage. [GUTTER]
further sayth that in or about the months of July or August
last was twelve monthsthey the said producents caused
cargoe of goods and merchandizes to the value of [GUTTER]
thousand pounds sterling at least to be put on board the
ship here in the river of Thames for their owne [GUTTER]
and before the ladin there of they also X X
and John Kingsman captain commander of her, and one [GUTTER]
depon factor of supra? Cargoe of her and then [GUTTER]
out of with the aforesaid lading on board her on a trading
voyage to be X from this post to Lisbone, from there to X
and soo to returne to this post. And sayth that both the
Kingsman and Depon were and are Englishmen
subjects of the king of England, and for sure X
accounted, and that the said ship with her afordsaid lading
on board her did shortly after to lading these of depart
this post under the conduct of the aforesaid Captain Kingsman
and arrivered there with in safely at Lisbone about the [GUTTER]
and of September last was twelve month; all which
Gunner of the said ship for the said voyage, and in X [GUTTER]
arrived in her at Lisbone./
