Marriot Bradley and Company the owner of the said ships
John the fine of ffoure hundred pounds and [?]
to have made the said ship as good as shee was moderately or fore his
said disaster, and saith that hee verily beleeveth that it
cost the said owner in weighing the said ship cost
the sume of two hundred and ffifty pounds for [?]
wages vesselle to help to weigh them and other charges in
and about thy same; The premisses hee deposeth
for that hee said at [newrastle?] and [?] to weigh
the said ship and lading, etatr nefrit./.
Au j3 dirit that hee referre him selfe to his foregoing
deponent state nefrit, saving that the said marriot or
Company, by reason of the foresaid disaster besides the [?]
aforementioned haves suffer. A great losse and [?]
