hull of the sayd ship and hast done to her lading by such that
leakinesse thereby [xxxxxxxx] , should not in the deponents judgement amount
to lesse than three hundred pounds sterling All which hee saith was
not by the sayd Wigarts and drewes his previously but his call aloud [xxxx]

To the 6th article hee saith that hee well knoweth that the shippe Redd
Rose after her being wharfed of the sayd shipment by the sayd Wigarts and
drewes did returne to the first place neere Embden with intent to

previously was occasioned of such her leakinesse the first [XXXgutter]
not being willing to adventure any more goods aboard her, but
what to value the sayd dammage for want of freight as hee most

by the sayd dead freight therein did amount to one hundred pounds
sterling at the best And further to this article hee cannot deposeth/
To the 7th article hee saith that the first day after the shipp the Redd Rose

and this deponent and former [xxxxx] of his Company who was on board

shipp to Delfes Isle and finding her there the sayd Lemmon

was informed by one [xxxxxxxxx] who went along with them [XXXgutter]
documents [xx] of the sayd wygarts and drewes and their [xxxxxxx] the [xxxx]
why they had signed the sayd shipps lading and told them shee was
an English shipp and her owners all English men and desyre her
and her lading tackle and furniture and papers to [xxxxxxxx] [XXXgutter]
to them And saith hee well knoweth that this deponent and a third of
the shipps company who were on board did offer to get aboard her
but were [xxxxxxxx] by the souldiers and others who were aboard her [XXXgutter]

then came on board but kept the sayd shipp and lading hee sayd
in the possession which hindered the sayd shipps company
