1. agente who had the management of the said voyage, which hee knowTO DO: eth
2. being Gunner of the said shipp, and being severall times with the said
3. Master drinkewater and Master Weston ˹assore XXXXX XXXX˺ and acquainted with their ordering TO DO: XXX
4. such herreings (as were laden in) to be laded aboard her, and with their
5. entrie thereof in the Captaine house and with their taking onto the
6. Cocket thereupon as being all for their for themselves, and what then
7. ordered to be received, were received aboard, and are other goods, they
8. having given order that noe herrings should be received aboard but
9. what came from them, which order was accordingly observed, and
10. thereby the shipp came away above an hundred tunnes dead TO DO: for XXXX
11. and saith that all the herrings and goods that were taken aboard
12. the said shipp the said voyage in the part of Dublin, were by the
13. master and company XXXXX received as being laden only by the order
14. of the said Master drinkewater and Master Weston. and otherwise hee
15. cannot depose.
16. To the second XXXX saith that neither the master nor company which
17. any of them brought any herrings with said shipp the said
18. voyage for themselves more than the quantitie of three berrells ˹wyatt˺,
19. and otherwise hee cannot depose.

21. To the first hee saith that the interrate Nathaniel hutt hutchington
22. went one masters mate of the said shipp the said voyage, and that
23. Richard wilshire who went our master of her, dying at dublin
24. the said voyage, in or about the XXX of August 1651 ( as hee
25. remembreth the time) the said hutchingson supplied his place
26. of XXX. and the Charterpartie as shedule annexed being
27. showed unto him and by him persse, hee saith the said hutchingson
28. signed sealed and delivered the sume, andas nowe appeareth
29. which hee knoweth being the sume se donne, and setting his name
30. thereto as a witness, and saith it as or Charpterpartie made
31. for the said voyage, where in the freight in controversie is demannded,
32. and saith his contest Nathaniel hutchinson nowe attending to be
33. examined, is the selfe same Nathaniel hutchingson that as
34. master of the said shipp so signed, sealed and delivered the
35. said shedule. and otherwise hee cannot answer.
36. To the second hee saith that a hundred and tenn barrells of
37. herrings (or thereabouts) brought home in the said shipp the said voyage
38. from dublin to london, were here delivered to or to the use of
39. a merchant living in Bishops gate streete (why so nameth hee
40. knoweth not) to be delievered here to the said ˹Master˺ drinkewater XXXX
41. brother living in this closse, and that they were delivered out TO DO: heXXX
42. by his order, and otherwise hee cannot answer saving as aforesaid
43. referring himselfe to his foregoing deposition.
44. To the 3 hee cannot answere, saving hee knoweth nothing TO DO: theXXXX
45. To the 4 hee saith then hee shall not receive any of the freight TO DO: interrate
46. thense is so recovered ˹from Master˺ drinkewater˺ not being any of the shipps owners, and saith
47. there is a monethes pay got XXX to him this examinate and TO DO: XXXXXX
