the arlate Lewis ffernandez Angell is by Nation a Spaniard, and to
this deponents knowledge, hath bene for theis thirteene yeares now last past
an Inhabitant of Caracas in the West Indies under the Jurisdiction of
the King of Spaine, And for and as a subiect of the sayd King was and
is comonly accounted reputed and taken. And otherwise he cannot depose.

To the seventh he referreth himselfe to the foregoeing depositions
