And otherwise cannot depose

Dunquirke or Ostend was mett with and taken by certaine shipps
of this Commonwealth, and at the time of the taking thereof two
bills of Lading concerning the silver and moneys predeposed, together
the said silver and money then being aboard her [were] seized and
