Chelston and others against the shipp the}
great Christopher et ctera. Smith Suckley}

Examined upon an Allegation made in the
Acts of Court by Suckley on the behalfe of the
Owners of the said shipp and her ladeing and the [?XXX]
[?XXXX, therein mentioned:-/

John Pruyse of Riga in Lieffland under the
domonion of the Queene of Sweden, Merchant
aged 40. yeares or thereabouts sworne before the
Judges of the High Court of Admiralty saith and
deposeth./
