To the Crosse Interrogatories [CENTRE HEADING]

To the first negatively.

To the second he saith that Girald Boremaster lives in the Kaerwedder John
Baptista Yonker in Green street. Jerome Sniter in Dyck street, Daniel
Brands in the Toulbrough, Jerome Peterson in the Grimme, Henrick
Hambroch in Saint Katharine Street, Derrick Roepke up in the fforesetting
and Christian Cloppenbergh upp in the Sandt. All in Hambourgh
aforesayd. And otherwise saving his foregoeing depositions he cannot
depose.

To the sixth he saith that he doth not know nor hath heard that the sayd
Owners or any of them within theis five yeares last past have sold
or conveyed over the sayd shipp or any part thereof. And saith that the
aforesayd Master of the sayd shipp Christian Cloppenbergh

To the seventh he saith that he knoweth that the sayd shipp Salvador
hath not bene att Amsterdam since the beginning of June 1652, for
that this deponent about that tyme saw her arrive att Cadize
from Catalonia witrhin the Straights, and hath bene in Companie with
her ever since. Ans saith that she belongeth not to Amsterdam
Burdeaux or any Port under the Jurisdiction of the States generall
of King of ffrance Interrate. And otherwise he cannot depose
saving that in the last voyage she came from Cadize where she
tooke in her lading, and was bound for Oostend where she should
have made her full discharge.

To the nynth he saith that he was borne att Nallstrade under the
dominion of the Duke of Lunenburgh and is an Inhabitant of Lubeck
and saith that he hath noe share or other Interest in the sayd shipp by
way of propriety or ensurance nor doth expect any proffit or benefit in
case the same shall be restored to the Claymers. And otherwise
he cannot depose.

To the tenth he saith he cannot depose.

To the first Article he saith and deposeth that he knoweth the Owners
of the arlate shipp the Salvador, who are all of them Hamburghers [?and ?have]
bene lawfull Owners of the sayd shipp from her first building which was
about five yeares agoe, and so are att present. And saith that for and
