Transcription

To the 8th article of the said Allegation hee referreth himselfe to his
foregoeing deposition And otherwise cannot depose./

To the 9th article of the said Allegation hee saith that the said John
Moller was and is an Hamburgher by birth and of this deponents
knowledge hath lived at Antwerp and in other parts and places in Spaine
by the space of theise six yeares and upwards. for the last two yeares space
whereof hee hath dwelt as a merchant in Antwerp. And saith hee
knoweth him to be an Hamburgher by birth because hee knoweth
him the said Moller's ffather who was and is a ffree Burgher and a shipmaster
in Hamborough. And for and as such a person hee was and is
comonly accompted and reputed. And further cannot depose./

To the Interrogatories./. [CENTRE HEADING]

To the third Interrogatorie hee saith that hee hath severall tymes heard the said
Jacinto Neimant confesse himselfe to bee the factor or correspondent
of the said Moller, and hath likewise heard the said Moller declare the same
And further cannot depose.

To the 4th Interrogatorie hee saith that the said
Jacinto Neimant was borne att Bridges in fflanders but liveth
as a ffactor at Cadiz and is a Batchelor. And further saving his
foregoeing deposition hee saith hee cannot depose.
