Brodie Waddell is a lecturer in early modern history at Birkbeck, University of London. I'm primarily interested in the economy and society in seventeenth-century England. I'm co-founder of the many-headed monster, a history blog, and I tweet at @Brodie_Waddell. I live in Cambridge with my wife and three-year-old son, so spend most of my spare time building strange lego structures or playing at the park.
