HELP NEEDED FROM PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS TO CREATE THIS PAGE
- Look through a variety of digital images of HCA manuscript pages
- Try HCA 13/68: Sample images. Further sample images from other HCA series to be posted later today (Mon. 13/08/12)
- Request PPT slide template and partially created examples from Colin Greenstreet by email
- Snip out diverse letters, letter combinations, words and short phrases (as appropriate) to illustrate the topic
- Paste into a PPT slide with blue background
- Name and date the PPT page
- Upload to MarineLives Project Manual
Purpose of this page
This page will provide visual examples of personal signatures and personal marks made by illiterates. The examples will be drawn from digital images of various HCA record series, 1650-1669
