I EDWARD DRAYTON CITIZEN and victualler of London Doe this ffifteenth day of August Anno Dmi 1677 being of sound and perfect memory Doe make and declare this as my last will and Testament as followeth

IMPRIMIS I give and devise unto my daughter Jane Drayton All that my ffarme called by the name of Wattses with the appurtenances And all the lands thereunto belonging scituate in the parish of hornchurch in the County of Essex now in the occupation of Thomas Moyse To have and to hold the said premisses and every part thereof unto my said daughter Jane and her heirs for ever from the day of Marriage of her the said same my wife Jane to receive the profitts thereof untill the day of Marriage of my said daughter

ITEM I give and bequeath unto my Grandchild Edward Duncombe sonne of Thomas Duncombe All y Interest and Terme of yeares of and in One Messuage or tenement in the occupatton of one M:r Wallis scituate and being in Burchen Lane London To have and to hold unto the said Edward Duncombe the issues and proffitts of the same premisses for and during the Terme of his naturall life and not otherwise from and imediatly after the death of my said wife Jane and not before

ITEM I further give and devise unto my said daughter Jane the severall parcells of land and the Barne thereon being in the occupaccon of Anne Moyse widdow and Jospeh Moys or one of them And all that Messuage or Tenement now in the occupatton of Richard Bayly And all the Lands meadowes and pasture thereunto likewise belonging All which said last mentonned premisses and every part thereof unto may said daughter Jane and to her heires and assignes for ever from and imediatly after the death of my said wife Jane

ITEM I give and bequeath unto my sonne Edward Drayton All those severall Messuages and Tenements with their appurtenances And all the lands meadow and pasture thereunto belonging Now in the severall occupacttons of [Blank in original document] Serridge and Harding scituate within the said parish of Hornechurch To have and to hold unto the said Edward Drayton and to the heires of his body lawfully to be begotten for ever from and imediatly after the decease of my said wife Jane And if my said sonne Edward shall happen to dye without heires of his Body lawfully Begotten
