Beleeveth and the said [Josiah] Burgis did at [?ffallinouth] after the
said ships arrivall these pade and put on board her foure dozene
a halfe of [?pirkee] [oystere?] about twenty pounds weight of [tymbers?]
hee soe put onboard for his owne [arrgunt?], and hee was
the true and law full owne. thereof [?] [?] [arred?] and this deposeth [saivitee?]
said Burgit pay for the said oysters. and there was [aXXXthen]
and there laden onboard [saith] ship two [hogshds] of [pilrhards?]
which were laden in the [nickname?] but as this deposeth hath [bin?] credibly
informed the same did belong to the said burgit and the
said ship pronedded on her said voyage to Ciprevarh [feghorme] and the coast
of Genoa and the said burgic did at Cipevarh sell the said [byslere?]
and Tuine and the said [pilrsard?] were there alsoe sold by them
of the said ship named John plompton, and the said Burgit
sold his said [batts?] only coasted [uira] which it on the coast of Genva , and hee the
said Burgit did with the preed of the same [lade?] onboard
the said ship the said voyage only coast of vera once hogshead of [oyle] and
a quantity of [rice?] , and at Legorue eight barrells of [leprafrute]
and three barrells of Aureovat, All which hee soe laded upon and
for his owne proper account and Adventure at this deponent doth
in [fonsienre?] beleeve and hee the said Burgit was Comonly
amounted by the said ships [compal?] to be the true owne [?]
and saith that soe soone as the said hogshead of oyle was
showed in the said ships how the said [Burgis?]borrowed this
deposeth marking [?] , and in this deposeth preseure did put the
Tres I.B thereupon, being the first [hes?] of his names. and hee
the said burgit during all the voyage tooke care thereof
and after the arrival of the said ship in the river of Thames
hee [?] the same in the Custome house and [rheered?] the
same there as this Deponent hath bin credibly informed. And
saith that the foresaid John [Plompton] the [?] of the said
ship did in the voyage severall times before this deponent and
to these of the said shipe Company acknowledge that the [?]
