Thomas Pinshurst of Rederiff in the County
of Surrey Shipwright aged thirty five yeares
or thereabouts a wittnesse sworne and examined
saith and deposeth as followeth videlicet./
To the first article hee saith that in the yeares 1648 1649 1650 and 1651
and moneths therein concurring and happening the arlate Thomas
Ewen was Master and Commander and alsoe a part Owner of the
arlate shipp the Scipio and had the care and charge of her as Master committed to him
