For their once proper uses and accounts
goods and merchandises, to the value of ten thousand
pounds sterling and upwards, to be in the said ship sailing
for Lisbone, and there for Brazille, and so backe to Lisbone
and from there to X to London, and after X
lading put on board the said ship, he sayeth the producents
constituted and made one John Kingsman. Captains [GUTTER]
his and one 35m: Depon supra cargoe of her for [GUTTER]
said voyage, and thou got her out to sea with her [GUTTER]
lading on board her before her departure giving orders to her captain
supra cargoe convincing the management of the said voyage
for that he was shipped by the aforesaid Captain Kingsman
the quality of the aforesaid and assured in the said ship at Lisbone
ulterius ad hos arlos nom deponit
AD 4n deponit et dicit that after the assurall of the Experience
at Lisbone, the forsaid 35m: depon did those unladings
and disposed of them, and tooke in in lieu carried thereof [GUTTER]
other goods as X John, fflower, oyle and other [GUTTER]
X for the use and account of the producents Bretton,
Delboe, Middleton and Company which said goods used to be [GUTTER]
in the said ship X to Brazille and these to be [GUTTER]
away for sugars, hides, tobacoe and Brazille woods
for the account aforesaid the premisies he deposeth
the depons aforesaid ./
Ad et 6n arlos dicit that no English or other flags
permitted to trade at Brazille; unlesse they have a
licence therefore from the King of Protugall, which [GUTTER]
which cannot be purchased unless the producers of them do first
in securily to refurne with their ships from Brazille
Lisbone and there unlade them, that so the King of Portugall
may receive the customes which are due to him
of such goods bought there. And further that the said
