3. The said Mr Sumner did tell the said Mr Powis in the hearing

6. time of the Subscription of the Pollicy hee had warrented had
7. the said ship to be well and in good Condition, when as hee had
8. heard by about three or foure ships. that came from or neere Quinborow

10. the Saint Jacob was Missing, and that they could not tell what
11. was become of her, or to the very same effect, Which hee knoweth

19. of the said Subscription, or to that effect; And the said Mr
20. Sumners urging the said Powis that hee the said Powis had heard
