1. Brighthampson, touched at Milford and there tooke in CulXXX for
2. Aysham. and sailing thitherward was off ffalmouth met with and
3. taken by one Saddleton a pyrate in a small man of warr, who put
4. this deponent ashore at Saint Maws, and carried his said vessell
5. away into ffrance where this deponent saw her afterwards,
6. and from the said time of such the said Saddletons taking her to
7. the foresaid time of the arrest of her at Bristol, the said Humphreys
8. and company were out of possession of her. And otherwise hee
9. cannot depose, saving as aforesaid./
