10. To the 5th hee hath satisfied the contents of this Interrogatoies his fore
11. goeing deposition soo farr as hee can, and saving his foregoeing deposition
12. and his answeres to the ensueing Interrogatories hee cannot further

14. To the 6th hee saith hee well knoweth the Interrogate Bevin and saith hee
15. was a factor at Tenerifee for the Interrogate Travers, and saith the
16. noate Interrogate was delivered to him this deponent the next day
17. after the ladeing the tenn pipes of wine predeposed of, and beleeveth
18. the same noate to bee the sayd Bevins hand writing all of it, And
19. saith hee answered thereto as before is deposed, did not donge the
20. delivery of them if the to the sayd Paxton if they could bee taken
21. out of the shipp where they were laden without doeing hurt to the
22. other wines with which they were showed, and the sayd Paxton seeing
23. the same could not bee taken out without prejudice to the other wines
24. and danger of staving some of them, did of his owne accord leave
25. them aboard the John and Mary as aforesayd And further to his
26. Interrogatorie hee cannot answere/
27. To the 7th hee saith hee hath satisfied the contents thereof before and
28. givem reasons why hee did not signe the bills of ladeing Interrogate/
29. To the 8th hee saith hee beleeveth XXXX XXXXX hee beleveeth by
30. reason of the noate hee received as aforesayd hee beleeveth the
31. wines Interrogate were laden by order of the interrogate Burridge
32. by reason of the noate he received the next day from master Bevin to
33. deliver them to Paxton, but as touching the propriety of them her
34. knoweth not what to beleeve And further to his Interrogatorie hee
35. cannot answere./
36. To the 9th saving his foregoeing deposition hee cannot more
37. fully answere to his interrogatorie/

39. tunnage according to Charterparty, and to the rest of the interrogatorie
40. hee saith hee hath satisfied the contents thereof before./
