The claime of Walter Tucker, Richard harris}
and William Nottell for their goods in the shipp the}
Brower (Claes Timenson Brower Master) taken}
by Captaine Greene and company.}
Examined upon an allegation and schedules
on the behalfe of the said claimers.
Rp. jus.
Claes Timenson Brower of Ossan in holland
Mariner, aged 49 yeares or thereabouts sworne
and examined.
To the first and second articles of the said allegation and to the schedule thereunto
annexed hee saith and deposeth that within the time arlate, and more particulaly
in or about the moneth of June last there were laden aboard the shipp
the Brower arlate (whereof hee this deponent was and is master) at Amsterdam
all and singular the goods wares and merchandizes mentioned and expressed
in the schedule in the [?foote] of the said allegation, which were soe laden by
Miles and Thomas Jackson to be thence carried in the said shipp to
Barnestable and there delivered to Walter Tucker, Richard harris and William
N[?o]ttle Marchants, or their factors or assignes, which hee knoweth necause hee
being master as aforesaid, received the said goods aboard, and signed a
bill of lading for the same to the effect aforesaid. And otherwise hee cannot
depose.
