which letters this deponent hath copyed and hath seene perused and [?XXX GUTTER]
fited upp the letters and advises of the forementioned persons sent to
him the sayd ffrancis Yryon here att London where he hath for all
the sayd tyme and farr longer lived with his howse and family.
And otherwise he cannot depose.

To the seecond he saith that in the yeares and monethes aforesayd the sayd
ffrancis Tryon did send goods unto and receyve goods from the sayd
respective parties, and thet did act and doe his busines att the foresayd
respective places as his factors or Agents which he knoweth for the
reasons aforesayd. And otherwise he cannot depose.

To the 3d article of the sayd allegation This deponent saith that the sayd ffrancis
Tryon did by his letter bearing date from the Citty the 27th day
of June 1653. give order and direction unto ffrancis Mottet
of Marsellys in ffrance to buy and provide for his the sayd Tryons
use and accompt amongst other things the number of six eight
or ten bales of butter Almonds, and if there were any conveniency
of sending them to shipp them for London or Bristoll or else what
other way he could or to that effect, and allso to give notice to the
foresayd Isaac and John Nys and James Molines att Legorne
what tyme they might send soone Oris or Iroos from Legorne to Marsellys
to be shhipt from thence for England for his the sayd ffrancis Tryons
use, which this deponent knoweth haveing lately consulted with the
copy of the sayd letter which was written directed and sent to the saud
ffrancis Mottet the tyme and to the effect and purpose aforesayd
And otherwise he cannot depose, saving he saith he doth know
that the sayd letter was sent to the sayd Mottet and that the sayd
Mottet hath returned the sayd ffrancis Tryon an answer unto the
same

To the 4th article of the sayd allegation This deponent saith that the sayd ffrancis
Tryon did by his letter bearing date from this Citty the 8th of August
1653. give order to the sayd Isaack and John Mys and James Molyne[?s GUTTER]
att Legorne to buy and provide for him and for his Accompt amongst
other thing stwo or three butts of fine white Oris or Iroos, and [?XXX GUTTER]
they could to send them for England in the Affrican frigot and if not
then to Marsellys to the sayd Mottet for his the sayd Tryons accompt The
premisses he knoweth having lately perused the Coppy of the sayd letter
which he knoweth was sent to the sayd Nys and Moline who [?have GUTTER]
