Taylor and Rawlinson against their}
respective 32 parts of the shipp the}
Truroe ffrogott and against Skinner}
hallett, Nosworthy and others comming}
in for their interest. ffrancklin Budd}
William Tiddiman of the parish of Saint
Mary Magdalen Bermondsey in the
County of Surry Mariner, aged
about 52ty yeares a wittnes produced
and sworne and being examined he deposeth
as followeth.
To the first article of the allegation he deposeth and saith
that the shipp the Truroe frigott arlate was laden with
salt at [?Burueanse] in ffrance about the time arlate for the
accompt of the arlate Thomas Rawlinson and the rest of the
Owners of the said shipp (except John Tayler, who did not
lade his part) and that the said shipp with her said lading of
salt did safely arrive in the month of September 1654 at
ffalmouth, where he the deponent did deliver the said salt by
and according to the order and directions of the rest of the
Owners to the arlate Edward Nosworthy, and his Agents,
and that the said Nosworthy sould the sae salt for about
1000 li, and that thereof the arlate Thomas Rawlinson had
a 32th part, as alsoe hhe had a 32th part of the said shipp The
premisses he deposeth being Master of her the said voyage
and a part Owner of her, and present at Bur[?nesse] in ffrance
at the lading of the said salt, and present at ffalmouth at
the delivery thereof to the said Nosworthy and his Agents, and
being well acquainted with every man that had any part in
the said shipp and her ading, And further he cannot depose.
To the second article
To the third article of the sayd allegation he deposeth and saith
that the shipp arlate did arrive in this port of London in [?JXXX GUTTER]
1655, and that after her arrivall here the arlate Skinner,
hallett and the arlate henry Gregory servant of the arlate
Edward Nosworthy did send for him the deponent unto the [?Red XXX GUTTER]
