  • Insert immediately after the sentence or phrase you wish to annotate the following macro:<ref>This is the footnote text</ref>
  • Replace 'This is the footnote text' with the footnote you wish to add, using the format: first name, surname, title, (place of publication, date of publication), page or folio number
  • Save the page

built at hamburgh by one Joachim Moller a Master shipp-wright
who was a Burgher and inhabitant of hamburgh, And otherwise
then negatively hee cannot further depose./

To the 4th negatively:/

To the 5th hee saith hee came first to Cadiz in the yeare 1652. interrate
in or about the moneth of June of that yeare, being then come with
his shipp hee departed thence in the moneth of October then next ensueing

To the 6th hee saith hee hath never seene the shipp the Saint George
interrate at hamburgh since the yeare 1642. interrate, and that
hee hath not heard that shee ever returned thither since that time,
And saith the said shipp was at Amsterdam in the yeare 1651 as
hee remembreth, And otherwise saving his foregoeing deposition hee
cannot depose./
