Janson de Yonghe and David Klincker for all the time of this deponents knowledge of
them have lived at Cadiz andSevill in Spaine And otherwise hee cannot
depose:-/

To the fifth hee saith, That the ffactors predeposed did lade or cause to bee laden on board
the shipp the Morning Starr the silver and moneyes predeposed. And further hee
cannot depose:/

To the sixth hee saith, hee was not present at the signing of the bills of lading interrate
And otherwise cannot depose./

To the 14:th hee saith, hee this deponent being at Cadiz did see a Tunne of yarne being
Marked I.P. sent from Jacques Pinquett to his ffactor David Klinker at Sevill
which this deponent received at Cadiz, and transmitted to the said Klinker, and beleeveth
that the baggs of Ryalls now Claymed are the proceede thereof, And further saith
the said Tunne of yearn was sent from Ostend in the shipp the Keysar
Peter de Keysar Master And the sayd Peter Jansen de Yonge at the time of this
deponents being at cadiz in the yeare 1652: in the moneth of October of the same yeare
did see certaine fflemmish Lace and Linen Cloath in the hands of Peter Jansen de
Yonge, which hee told this deponent did belong unto the said James Pincquett, which
this deponent thense also observed by the markes thereof, And beleeveth that the
17. barretons of silver now claymed were and are the proceed of the said goods. And
otherwise cannot depose.

To the 16:th hee saith he is a native of Louvaine in Brabant and his usuall
habitation is at Antwerpe, hee saith hee hath no manner of interest in the silver
or monies now Claymed, nor doeth hee expect any benefitt by the restitution thereof,
neither is hee Servant of Kinsman to the producent. And otherwise cannot
depose:/
