Evidence from High Court of Admiralty
Aged thirty-one William Bottomley deposed on July 25th 1655 in the High Court of Admiralty.[1] He was examined on an allegation given in on May 21st 1655 on behalf of Cowse in the case of "James Cowes of London Merchant against vessel the John and Elizabeth of which Edward Keene is master and against the saith Edward Keene."[2]
