party for him and produced for sureties Walter
Tischberne of the parishe of Saint Giles in the feilds Barber
and Henry ffilter of the same parishe Taylor whoe
submittinge themselves et cetera obliged themselves et cetera for the
said John Trevethan and Henry [?Duur] also in the some of
five hundred pounds of lawfull money of England to his
Highnes the Lord Protector et cetera and to answere such things
as shalbe obiected against them on the behalfe of the Lord
Protector et cetera and to pay what they shalbe on demand
in with expences of suite incase they shalbe overthrowne
and to bringe forth the said parties in Judgement when
soever their [?presence] sha;be lawfully required And unles
et cetera which Caution the Judges receaved, and decreed the
bonds entred for their appearance to be delivered./
