IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Richard Beale Senior of Hambrough in the parts of Germany Merchant being sick in Body but of good and perfect memory thanks bee to Almighty God and calling to remembrance the uncertaine State this Transitory life, and that all flesh must yeild to death when it shall please God to call I doe therefore make constitute and ordaine and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following

And first being penitent and sorry from the bottom of my heart past most humbly begging forgiveness for the same I committ my Soule unto Almighty God my Creator, beleeving Assuredly that I shall receive full remission and forgiveness of all my sinnes and be saved by the meritts of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer, my Body I Comitt to the earth to be buried in a decent manner the ordering whereof I referr to my Executor hereafter named and such other freinds as shall take the trouble upon them to see it performed

And now for the settling of my Temporall estate, and such goods & chattells with which it hath pleased God to blesse mee I doe order give and dispose of the same in manner and forme following

IMPRIMIS I give unto Alexander Beale sonne of Alexander Beale late of the Island of Barbados in the West Indies Gent:n deceased ffive hundred pounds Sterling

ITEM I give unto the foresaid Alexander Beale, my One fourth part of the ship called the ?Hanovver ffrigatt whereof hee the said Alexander Beale is Commander

ITEM I give to Edward Beale sonne of the above named Alexander Beale late of the Island of Barbados in the West Indies Gentleman deceased ffive hundred pounds sterling
