Transcription

To the 14th Interrogatory hee saith and deposeth That hee this deponent
being att Cadiz in or about the Moneth of October last past was by
the said jacinto Neimannt told that hee the said jacinto had a very
short tyme before that receaved severall goods and Merchandizes of and
from the said John Moller which hee had in his hands the proceed
whereof hee then said hee would returne by the next conveniency to
him the said Moller into fflandres. And
further cannot depose.

To the 15th hee saith that hee came from Cadiz before the ship the
Morning Starre came last thither and therefore cannot depose more
to this Interrogatorie then as hee hath predeposed, to which hee referreth himselfe/

To the 16th hee saith that hee this deponent was borne at Lovaine
in Brabant ab=nd when at home liveth at Antwerpe And saith hee
hath noe manner of interest att all in any part of the said silver or plate
nor will it either bee losse or benefitt to him whither the same bee
condemmed or Cleered. And further cannot depose
