To the 11th he saith that the sayd sylver doth really belong to the producents and to
no other, and the sayd shipps were bound to Ostend onely and noe other port
and the sayd sylver was to be converted in fflanders to the sole benefit
of the producents and of none else. and otherwise negatively.

To the .14.th he saith that the producents bought the sylver now claymed in the
Indies with the proceed of Spanish merchandizes, and them selves
brought the same from the sayd Indies to Cadiz. and otherwise negatively.

To the .15.th he saith he is a native and Inhabitant of dunkirke in fflanders
and hath noe relation to eyther of the parties interrate saving by way
of correspondence as a merchant, and saith he hath noe manner of interest
in the sayd sylver in any kind, nor will the restitution thereof be to his benefit
or advantage.

To the 24th he saith the sayd sylver was all laden in the bay of Cadiz under
the Commannd of the fforts of Cadiz. and otherwise negatively

To the 25th he saith that the sylver ladeb aboard the Sampson was putt aboard
the sayd shipp about the 27th day of September 1652 new stile and the
rest of the sylver claymed was laden aboard the Saint George and Salvador
about the 9th of October new stile; and saith after the lading of the sayd
sylver noe sylver or goods were delivered out of any of the sayd
shipps that this deponent knoweth or hath heard.

To the .26.th he saith that the bills of lading interrate being signed as
aforesayd, this deponent tooke two of each severall tenor and left
one of each severall tenor with the parties that signed the
same respectively as aforesayd all loose and saith a solemme delivery and
redelivery of bills of lading after the punctuall forme in this
Interrogatory expressed is not usually observed in theis cases. And
further he cannot depose
