ffrigott Interrogated whereof hee saith the said Raph Pratt his precontest
was Master, and hee this deponent was his mate of and belonging to the
said shipp, when shee was last at Bristoll, and about seaveb monthes
before and was bound from the said Port of Bristoll (about the middle
of March last) unto this Port of London All which hee deposeth for that
hee this deponent was on board the said shipp when they sett saile from
Bristoll and Masters mate thereof as aforesaid. And further hee saith
hee cannot depose
To the second hee saith that Captaine William Thomas and the producent
Mary Shotton were Proprietors and Part Owners of the said shipp, haveing
bought the same of those that belonged to the Prize office, byr cannot declare
what particular part the said producent hath therein, And this hee deposeth
for that hee and the said Master Raph Pratt went with the said Captaine
Thomas to the producent, who ordered them to doe as hee the said
Captaine Thomas directed which did [XXXX] this deponent to take notice of and knowe
that she was Part Owner thereof And further hee cannot depose./
