on the behalfe of the said Baurok the
7th instance

William Peters of Blackwall in the County
of Middlesex Mariner aged 25 yeares or thereabouts.
Sworne and examined.

31. To the first article hee saith and deposeth that hee well
32. knoweth the arlate John Harris and saith that hee the said Harris
33. together with Laurence Chambers arlate were the time arlate
34. freighters or Imployers of the shipp the littell George and for such
35. commonly accompted, which hee being then servant to Christofer
36. Mitchell her master, and otherwise hee cannot depose.

37. To the second article hee saith and deposeth that within the said time
38. namely in or about January or ffebruary 1647 the arlate John harris
39. did hire and agree with the said Christofer Mitchell to goe and serve as
40. master of and in the said shipp the littell George for a voyage with
41. her to be made from this port of London to severall places beyond the seas as Barbadas, Antega, the coast of Barbary and coast of
42. Spaine, and back againe for this port of London
