Satterday the third day of June 1654 before
the worshipfull William Clerke John Godolphin
doctors of lawes and Charles George Cocke
Esquire Judges et cetera in the dyning chamber et cetera
and in the presence of Samuell howe notary
publique

Which day the said Smith presented
to the Court an order of the
Lords Comissioners of the great
Seale for the dissolution of the
Intimation by them formerly grannted in
this cause and to prove the inufficiencye
of the securitye in this Court entred on the
behalfe of the defendants, the said Smith
produced John Nicholls to whome the Judges
administred an oath to speake the truth at the time
of his examination

upon Tuesday next in the afternoone
in the presence of Smith dissentinge./

the said shipp, Suckley Colequite}

Which day the said Smith
exhibited the Apraisement of
the said shipp taken by
authoritye of this Court
in the presence of the said
Colequite alleadgnige
that there are divers
parcells of the
Tackle apparrell and furniture
and some of her gunns omitted
out of the said Inventory and undertooke
to proove the samme, and thereupon the
Judges did order that securitye be given by
Suckleys Clients to make good to the said
Stubbs his proportionable part of whatsoever
other Tackle shall within a moneth be made appeare
to belonge to the said shipp Then the said Suckley
produced for sureties Richard Manly of the parish
of Mary Bothaw London merchant, and Michael
Wilkins of the parishe of Mary Abchurche
Mercer whoe submittinge themselves et cetera obliged
themselves et cetera for the said William Standen and
William drackford in the sume of ffifty pounds
of lawfull money of England to the said Ralphe
Stubbs to returne the said 8th part of the said
shippe into the River of Thames within Twelve
monethes, and to submitt the same to the arrest
of this Court or to pay the value of the same according
to the said Apraisement incase the same shall in the meane
time be cast away or miscarry, and alsoe to make good
and pay unto the said Stubbs the one eigth part of
whatsoever tackle or apparrell furniture or Gunns
shalbe proved within a moneth to belonge unto the
said shipp more then what is expressed in the said
Inventory And unles et cetera
