To the first article of the said Allon hee saitha nd deposeth
that hee beleeveth the arlate ffoo?ke Was
Owne:r of y:e arlate ship y:e Anne whereof W:m Malym was
M:r in y:e Month of November 1657: & soe hee hath heard y:e sd ffrancis ffoo?ke acknowledge and further hee
cannot depose/:

To the second & 3:d arles & schedule annexed hee saith that the said W:m Malym did Hire
att the Mariners schedulate, to saile & goe in y:e said ship
Anne from this Port of London, to Yarmouth, and
from thence to goe to Marsellis, and to other ports within the
Streights, and to returne againe to this Port; And saith th?at
Christopher Malym mentioned in y:e schedule was (as he remembreth) shipped at three pounds
per moneth, and soe much hee did Deserve the said Voyage
and saith hee knoweth not at what rates or wages, y:e other
Mariners Schedulate or any of the were shiped or
hired at p moneth to goe y:e said Voyage; but saith y:t Thomas
?Garret Carpenter of y:e said Ship well deserved i:li vj:s p
moneth y:e said voyage Bethell Tincke?r, a Comon man of y:e said ship
well deserved 1:li 7:s p moneth the said voyage George Southerne a Comon man of y:e said ship, deserved i:li 7:s p moneth y:e sd Voyage

Ship deserved, about 1:li x.s p moneth y:e said Voyage, And
saith the foresaid sommes are usually given to mariners that
serve in y:e places & qualityes aforesaid, on such Voyages and
rather more, The premises hee deposeth, being hyred
at this Port by y:e said William Walym, to goe Cheife Mate
of the said Ship Anne, y:e said Voyage; and goeing from
hence Mate of her, and Continueing in her till her
Casting away, And further hee cannot depose./:

To the 4:th hee saith that after the hyring of all the said Mariners
schedule (sic), y:e said William Malym sset saile with the said ship from
Gravesend to Yarmouth, and at Yarmouth y:e said William Malym
paid to all y:e Mariners schedualte their halfe pay, and further
hee cannot depose./.

To the .5:th hee saith that the said Ship Anne, and all y:e Marine:rs
schedulate departed and set saile from Gravesend on y:e said voyage
