To the first, second, third and fourth articles hee cannot answer, not
being in the voyage nor knowing ought thereof.

To the 5th he saith hee XXth mme return to any of the persons
interrigate nor hath conferred with any atime his deponent, in this cause, which
hath hee
received or is promissed ought for his deponent in this cause, whic
considereth himself not bound to answer

To the 6th he cannot answer

To the 7th hee hath not be deposed

To the 8th hee saith the Primrose mast a common passage
way betwixt Ipswich and London, and the said Marsh upon delivery
of goods was used to be paid straight for the same; and otherwise
hee cannot answer

To the 9th he can not answere

To the 10th and 11th they concern him not.

Examined upon the aforesaid allegation

Thomas Page of Ipswich Shipwright, aged
66 years or thereabouts, sworne and examined.

To the third article of the said allegations (upon which XXXXX hee
is by XXX of the XXX examined) he saith and
deposeth that hee well knew the way the Primrose arlate
for the shore of tenn yeares or thereabouts went before this
voyage in question, and that for the XXX XXXXXX fitting
preparing that for the said voyage in question hee this deponent
(being a shipp wright) which might use her at Ipswich and.
did fitt her for the same, as hee had dunne severall yeares and
times before, and well knoweth that there was the said voyage
a very tight, stronge and sufficient for marchants service and
for the said voyage, hee as strong, and tight and sufficient as
could be desired, and with not any defect or cause of exchaham, of
which sufficiencie hee is X very able to judge, having bin a shipp wright
theise fourtie yeares or thereabouts, and this deponent was
frequently aboard her immediately before her setting saile that
voyage and since her sett saile from Ipswich, and semme and well
knoweth that hee was well and sufficiently furnished and
preveiled
