said Breedon and yeo first bestowed the meliorations upon
her or else to pay the value of the same according to the
praesement thereof to be taken by authority of this Court
deducting such sume or sumes of money for the said melorations
as this Court shall liquidate in case the said shipp shalbe by
this Court adjudged to the said Conrad Brett and others
And the said Breedon obliged himselfe et cetera in the same
summe and to the same effect and to save his said sureties
harmeles et cetera And unles et cetera./.

submittinge themselves et cetera obliged themselves et cetera
for the said Thomas Breedon and Abraham
yeo in the summe of 150 li of lawfull money
of England to the said ffrancis Coale and
Company to answeare the action comenced by
them against the said shippe and to pay what the
said Breedon and yeo shalbe condemned in with
expences of suite in case hee shalbe overthrowne
and to bringe forth the said Breedon and yeo in
Judgement And the said Breedon obliged himselfe
et cetera in the same summe and to the same effect and to
save his said sureties harmeles And unles et cetera which
caution the Judges receaved and decreed the said shippe to
be released from the said arrest./.
