To the 8th hee referreth himselfe to the Registry of
this Court and further cannot depose.
To the 9th hee saith that the said George Shawe
by reason he hath not receaved the money
due to him as aforesaid hath suffered great [? GUTTER]
and damage but how much hee cannot
Estimate, And further cannot Answer./:
To the last hee saith his foregoeing dep? is
upon the rest not Examined by Direccon of [? GUTTER]
Clerke ./:
To the Interrogatorie/ [CENTRE HEADING]
To the first hee saith hee Cometh to Testify [? GUTTER]
by the Comand of the said George Shawe
who is this Deponents ffather, and saith it will be [? GUTTER]
profit nor prejudice to him, whether the said George
Shawe recover the money in Qustion or not, and [? GUTTER]
wise Negatively./.
To the second hee saith that hee helped to Carry ^to the water^
the sayles in the said Schedule mentioned and
Sawe them and all the rest of the things Schedulate
put into boates, and the watermen afterwarde ~
affirmed to this Deponent that that same were [? GUTTER]
onboard the said Ship, And saith that the said
George Shaw hath told this Deponent that hee [?ha GUTTER]
receaved the summe of twelve pound sixteene [? GUTTER]
and six pence in part of the summe of 41 [? GUTTER]
due to him for the things Schedulate. And
Shaw's bill at this deponent verily beleeveth
And further cannot Answer saving as aforesaid

aged 25 yeeres or thereabouts sworne
and Examined:/.
To the first hee saith hee well knoweth the ship [? GUTTER]
House of ffreindship ^artale^ and soe hath done for about
foure yeeres last and well knoweth that for all the
yeere 1657 the artale Nicholas Treworghy (whom the
Deponent well knoewe) was Master of her and had [? GUTTER]
and Charge of her as Mr. [Nich] hee Knoweth for her in [? GUTTER]
