annos agens 28 aut circiter dicit et deponit dequitur

As 2um deponit That the shipp the Betty was comming with
a fleete of Colliers laden with Coale bound from Newcastle for London and by [?cause]
of contrary windes the Betty and some others of the said fleete came to an Anchor at night in
[?Cowlor] road, about a Dutch mile from Yarmouth peere and the next morning being
the morning of the day on which the disaster in question happened which was
in or about Aprill last the said ship Betty was forced from her Anchor her
Cable breaking which hee knoweth for that hee was one of the said shipps
Company the said time, et alr nescit deponere.
