Ad 6us et 7um refert se ad predesita Et allre nescit rendere/

Ad 13um rendet That at every voyage when the sayd Rowland Powell
came to Mallega he when he was readye to departe
from thence hee did desire to have the accompts betwixte him and
the sayd Loveland, and had alwayes some accompts delivered to him
but not fullye perfeected for want of tyme, Et alr referend hec ad
causa sua ad prop preden interr nescit rendere.

Ad 14 rendet That in the yeare 1634 the sayd Rowland Powell was
clapte in prison at the suite of the interrate Thomas Staunton
in [?XXX] Mallega for certayne goods and [??buyers], and the sayd Loveland
was at some trouble in gettinge the sayd Powell relaeased and the sayd Powell was afterwards kepte as a prisoner in a house at Grand Mallega,
and in the tyme of the sayd Powells imprisonment the shipp wherein he had
laded his goods sett sayle from thence and was afterwards cast away as hee hath
