and bound for Cadiz in Spaine And further to this article hee cannot depose/

To the 5th hee saith that hee well knoweth that some of the Company of the

in their owne boate before the Tyfer ffrigott; came up, goe on board the drake
ffrigott, and further hee cannot depose for that hee

in their boate aboard the drake ffrigott, was Commanded on board the Tyger
ffrigott when shee came up to the hare in the ffeild./

To the 6th article hee saith that about an hower after the sayd Company of

ffrigott aforesayd, the Tyger ffrigott came up with the hare in the
ffeild about twelve a clock in the night next after the 5th of May last
(old style) and this deponent being then aboard the hare in the ffeild the
Company of the Tyfer carried this deponent in their boate aboard the
sayd Tyger, whether when this deponent was come, hee did acquainte
the arlate Captaine Saunders that the hare in the ffeild did belonge
to Middleborrough and was bound for Cadiz laden with linnen,
and told the sayd Captaine Saunders that hee might well excuse Captaine

arrived at Portsmouth Roade arlate./
