To the 13th he saith he was borne in Segovia in Spaine, and hath his habitation att
Limma in the West Indies. and otherwise negatively.
To the 14th. 15th. 16th. and 17th he cannot depose.
To the 18th 19th 20th 21st he saith that the producent brought the sayd three bills of
lading to the sayd allegation annexed along with him from Cadiz aboard the
St George. And otherwise saving his foregoing depositions he cannot depose.
To the 22th he saith that the sayd sylver and money was all laden under the command
of the fforts of Cadiz and otherwise negatively.
To the 23th he saith that the sayd money and plate was brought from Limma in the
West Indies in a shipp commanded by Admirall St Malvides General of the
South Seas to portovela, and from there aboard a shipp commanded by this Admirall
Don Paulo de Contrera to Cadiz interrte. And further he cannot depose.
