And otherwise cannot depsose
To the eighth, hee saith and deposeth, that the Shipp the morning
[?] arlate being after the lading aforesaid in her course for
Dunquirke or Ostend /was /mett /with and taken by certaine[?] Shipps
of this Commonwealth, and at the time of the taking thereof two
bills of Lading concerning the silver and moneys predeposed, together
the said silver and money then being aboard her upone seized and
taken and came to the hands and possession of the seizo [seize?]: and
[?] of this Commonwealth [?] hee knoweth being mast[er]
of and aboard y said Shipp at y time of y said seizure. And
otherwise cannot depose./
To the last who saith,his foregoing depont [?] are true:/
To the Anterries[?] [CENTRE HEADING]
To the first hee saith, hee hath bin Command: or Master of the shipp
Anterrate[?] for about five yeares last palf[?], and came first on board
her at Sawburgh [?]. And otherwise [?] to his foregoing depon[?]./
To the second hee saith, he knoweth not the Anterrate[?] Pinquett[?] [?] on
by relation, he hath knowe y interrate Peter Hanson[?] de younger for
ten yeares last and upwards, and y interrate David Khirker for
about 5 yeares last, and saith the said Peter Hanson de Younger was
[?] in: this depon: at Cadiz in the voyage interrate, but
not the said David Khirker[?]. And otherwise cannot depose:/
