that the Cap first tooke this deponent out into the ffrigott and then carryed
the sd ship to Hastings and thence send the said ship to Rye and ?there they XX
this deponent overland, and saith, that at Hastings and Rye the Captaine
tooke some wine out of the said ship, and kept the said ship at hastings
but one night but at Rye above three weekes, and saith that
about ffifty hogsheads of wine and about ten ?peices of Brandy ?were
taken away or leaked out Leakage happened by meanes that the seizure
kept the said ship soe long at Rye in soe hott weather, And saith
that at Rye the Capt sized him and the passengers
to give bond to XX

bound to London, and saith that his paperss were made for Ostend for
the resons aforesd, et alr nescit, saving that the Captaine that took
him shewed him noe Commission.
