3. such survey, but commanded the company to proceede on with ladeing

6. shoare and fexxxxx labourers to lade the sayd lighter and the
7. Company seeing that he would deliver more goods before
8. a survey was made, did thereupon some of them goe downe under hatxes
9. and breake bulke in other places where noe dammage was
10. and brought goods to have for the labourers and others of the shipps
11. Company to lade the sayd lighter, and the sayd lighter being laden
12. by the helpe of the sayd labourers and the sayd shipps company
13. The sayd Totty sent it away and not longe after the company
14. seeing that Totty did cause xxxxx survey to be made, the sayd

16. procure a survey to bee made of the sayd shipp and goods in there
17. by order of the Trinity House, after which survey the sayd

25. allowed to masters and mariners over and above their wages to
26. encourage them to take the more care of the shipp goods, and
27. also to binde them to pay such dammages as shall happen by
28. their default or neglect either in base stowage, want of xxxxxxxxx
29. imbezzlement or the like, and saith hee believeth the
30. arlate Totty hath received primate and ardridge for the voyage
31. of which this deponent hath had no part and believeth
32. none else of the sayd shipps company have had any thereof and
33. further hee cannot depose.
