To the last hee saith his foregoeing deposition is true./

To the first Interrogatorie hee saith hee is noe way of Kinne to any
of the parties producent nor any servant to any of them saving hee was imployed
by them as aforesayd about the recovery of the sayd shipp and goods and is now a
Master of a Shipp for the foresayd Arnold Beake And saith hee was at Boston
Interrogate the tyme Interrogate and sawe noates sett up there to the effect Interrogated videlicet
for sale of the wines Interrogat on the 5th day of the month of July 1654 about
three a clock in the afternoone at the Castle Taverne in Boston aforesayd
and that he was that day in the sayd Castle Taverne and attended there from about
one of the clock that day till after three in the afternoone And further saving
his foregeoing deposition hee cannot answere./
