Upon the allegation given [?2] december 1650 on the
behalf of the said Bowle.

Richard Pe[XXXX] of Saint Catherines nere the tower London
Marriner aged 4[?9] or thereabouts sworne and Examined
deposeth as followeth./
To the 2d article of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth That it
is usuall and frequent for Masters of Shipps who are likewise partowners
of theire Shipps of which they are Masters to sell and then [XXXX] away theire
parts of theire shipps of which they are Masters to other persons. And [XXX XXXXXX they]
