That in or about the monethes of July August September and october
in the yeare 1652 last past John Lamotte and Gerard Ryper factors to and
for the said producent, did lade or cause to bee laden for his accompt and
adventure on board the shipp the Sampson whereof Otto George is Captaine
all and singular the pieces of eight mentioned in the first schedule predeposed
and marked with the first marke in the margent, and on board the shipp
the Salvadore (Christian Cloppenburgh Master) all and singular the pieces
of eight predeposed, and mentioned in the second schedule aforesaid, and marked
with the second marke expressed in the margent, and on board the shipp
the Saint George (John Martins Dorp Master) all and singular the
pieces of eight predeposed, mentioned in the third schedule annexed to the 5th
Allegation, and marked with the third and 4th markes expressed in the margent,
all to be transported in the said shipps from Cadiz to Ostend, and
there to bee delivered to the said producent or his Agents or assigned on his
behalfe, and for his use and accompt. Which hee knoweth being Cashier and
Bookekeeper to Mr Edward Peters a familiar friend and kinsman of this
producent, by which meanes this deponent for severall yeares last past hath beene
usually admitted to the knowledge of all the merchandizing affaires of the said
