To the 12 and 13 hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition, and cannot
otherwise depose, saving hee received the said letter from Jeronimo Nunez de Costa
in or about May last, and was not present at the writing thereof.
To the 14th hee cannot depose.

said shipp the Thirstie hare, and otherwise hee cannot depose, saving as
aforesaid, not being in the voyage.

Mariner, master of the said shipp the Thirstie hart aged
40 yeeres or thereabouts sworne and examined.
To the fifth and sixth articles of the said allegation and the bills of lading
exhibited and therein mentioned and nowe showne unto him hee saith and
deposeth that upon the lading of the severall goods and merchandizes allegate
on board the said shipp the Thirstie hart hee this deponent in the moneth
of June last past in Lisbone arlate did signe and firme three severall
bills of lading all of one tenor for every severall parcell of the said goods
videlicet three bills of lading all of one tenor for the thirtie chests of sugar
arlate marked with the first in the margent of the said 5th article of the
